SCHOOLS + ORGANIZATIONS
We partner with schools to support Social Emotional Learning in classrooms and the broader school community.
Thrive Centered programming integrates movement and mindfulness with a school's existing S.E.L curriculum in a way that engages and empowers your students.
We work with youth orgs large and small too!
Our programs help students to:
Cultivate self-compassion and growth mindset
Learn tools for self regulation and stress management
Learn to listen to their bodies wisdom
Feel safe inside their bodies
Feel empowered to be their best selves
Build communities of care and support in school and beyond
Improve physical and mental wellbeing
Strengthen social and communication skills
Our engagement supports students in developing a stronger sense of connection with themselves and their school community and builds confidence in their ability to manage big feelings authentically which can lead to positive behavioral changes over time.
Programs can look like:
Near-peer mentoring groups for student leaders to support younger students with S.E.L practices
Club Connect! An out of school time program to build social skills
During school S.E.L programming and small group mentoring
Before & After School Programs
Assemblies & Workshops
Community Care workshops for Staff

With each school engagement, we consider:
-
1. Needs + Culture
The specific needs and culture of the school and student population.
-
2. Curriculum
Ways to integrate a school’s chosen social emotional learning curriculum into programming.
-
3. School Staff
How to involve teachers, administrators, and other school staff in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the program.
-
4. Partnerships
Ways to strengthen and support partnerships with families and the community to ensure that learning goes beyond our program.
