Thrive Centered: Social Emotional Learning for Schools + Organizations

SCHOOLS + ORGANIZATIONS

We partner with schools to support Social Emotional Learning in classrooms and the broader school community.

Thrive Centered programming integrates movement and mindfulness with a school's existing S.E.L curriculum in a way that engages and empowers your students.

We work with youth orgs large and small too!

Our programs help students to:

  • Cultivate self-compassion and growth mindset

  • Learn tools for self regulation and stress management

  • Learn to listen to their bodies wisdom

  • Feel safe inside their bodies

  • Feel empowered to be their best selves

  • Build communities of care and support in school and beyond

  • Improve physical and mental wellbeing

  • Strengthen social and communication skills

Our engagement supports students in developing a stronger sense of connection with themselves and their school community and builds confidence in their ability to manage big feelings authentically which can lead to positive behavioral changes over time.
